Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be scheduled 2 days in advance. In order to keep from charging a booking fee, all bookings must be made online at Creativelyed.com. Direct bookings will be denied or referred to the website. Your card is kept on file for all class or session bookings, including the Free Consultation, due to the cancellation fee which is $2 per cancellation in less than 24 hours of class, and $5 per cancellation in an hour of the class. No refunds after a session have taken place, including all ESL classes, and Intake Calls for Be Empowered and At Your Service Packages. No refunds on courses and guides are included with the Be Empowered Package after they have been sent to the client. All online classes and consultations can be canceled by the instructor, after 15 minutes of tardiness without communication. with no refund. For in-person classes: The parent must come pick the child up no later than 15 minutes after the session ends. Authorities will be contacted if a parent is more than 15 minutes late. The child will be held in the building lobby.
